The Clos Otto vineyard routinely produces extremely small amounts of wine with incredibly deep flavours thanks to vines that the former owner Otto Kasper planted using a cutting from an old, obscure Shiraz clone. The vineyard is also cared for using equipment that is virtually archaic in design.
