It features unique shaping and raised decoration on a flat base. Perhaps depicting a vine sprouting from an urn. The door plate is marked on the back 6148 1 2 W. L. It does not appear that this particular design has a name. Many of the very early designs did not have an identifier other than the catalogue number. The door plate measures 6 1 2"h x 2"w.
