The vines were planted in 1957, with southern exposure, sandy soils and limos on limestone. The wine is processed according to the principles of organic agriculture, without the assistance of sulphites or other chemical substances. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected in the vineyard, after 100% destemming takes place, maceration for 10 days to 4 weeks
